In today's business,specially abroad trade,busniess letters are commonly used for sale.which goal is to established good business relations or express goodwill to get in touch in the near future. So business letters is a key to make the sale better. In fact, rules may be laid down easily to require that a business letter is made brief,friendly,coversational ,tackfull,courteous,clear and intereting.
